Los Angeles Apparel offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached. We are committed to ethical manufacturing and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your locally made basics.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point to begin the transit process back to our LA facility.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
